VENDOR FISH BOWL - How it Works

• Each participating exhibitor will be recognized for donating a prize.
  
  
• Every exhibitor donating a prize will be given a fish bowl with a label, recognizing them as a participant of the Give-Aways. Attendees will place their business card in the fish bowl to be eligible for the draw.
  
  
• The draw will occur at the end of the event and each prize will be presented by its donor.
  
  
• The conference staff will draw and announce the winner. The winner must be PRESENT, and if not, a new name will be drawn.
  
  
• Business Cards collected will be distributed amongst participating vendors by conference staff.

For booth sponsorships, the following vendor amenities are available:

• Includes a six foot table (with table cloth) **
• Includes electricity
• Includes two chairs
• Internet access (available for a charge) ***

** There is room for a small display between the table and the wall.

*** Both wireless and wired internet access is available. However, in the past the wireless connectivity has been found to be inadequate for vendor presentation purposes.

In order to complete the event marketing materials, the following information will be required shortly after a sponsorship commitment:

• A high resolution logo preferably in JPG or TIFF format (required for the event posters and placards).
  
  
• A low resolution logo preferably in JPG format (required for the website).
  
  
• The URL where you would like the web site to link to.
  
  
• Optional: An additional URL to a company abstract page or a demo page.
  
  
• Optional: A PDF of a company abstract.
